VIP Design Day.
A focused half or full day to give your website, and the details around it,
the thoughtful attention they’ve been waiting for.
VIP Design Day.
-
Overview
There’s already enough on your plate.
Running a food or drink business means there is always something that needs your attention — guests, menus, suppliers, events, staff, bookings, the next busy service.
So the website updates, seasonal changes and little creative jobs often get pushed to someday.
More often than not, it looks something like this:
your website feels a little tired or no longer reflects the business it has grown into
a page or section has needed attention for months
mobile layouts, spacing or small glitches are quietly bothering you
menus, events or seasonal content need updating
you have a growing list of creative jobs that never quite make it to the top
That’s exactly where a VIP Design Day can help.
We’ll set aside a focused half or full day to work through the things that matter most — whether that’s refreshing a page, tidying the mobile experience, updating a menu, or creating the digital collateral your business needs.
We’ll decide what comes first before we begin, and I’ll take it from there.

-
Who It's For
The VIP Design Day is designed for busy food & drink businesses that already have a website in place, but could use a little thoughtful attention. It might be right fit if you need:
a smaller website refresh or homepage refresh
an individual page redesigned or brought up-to-date
layout, spacing, mobile or general website fixes
seasonal menus, events or other website content updated
simple integrations such as booking forms, scheduling or email sign-ups
new website sections or a straightforward additional page
blog posts, galleries, events or portfolio content batched and uploaded
menus, PDFs or other branded digital collateral
a simple set of social media templates or campaign assets
a mini-brand refresh or more consistency across your visual identity
ongoing website care, with another half or full day booked whenever your site needs a little TLC - no monthly maintenance retainer required
Not quite sure whether a VIP Design Day is enough, or if your website needs a bigger rethink? Book a discovery call and I’ll help you work out whether a half day, full day, One Page Website or Custom Website is the best fit.

-
What's Included
Before we begin
We’ll start with a short discovery call to make sure the VIP Design Day is the right fit.
Once booked, we’ll have a 30 minute planning call to agree what you’d most like to accomplish and put your priorities in order. I’ll also send you a simple preparation checklist so everything I need — copy, images, logins, brand assets and any other useful pieces, are ready before we begin.
Your Intensive includes
either 3.5 or 7 hours of focused studio time
a 30-minute strategy/planning call
a clear, agreed list of priorities
check-in points for feedback and decisions
recorded walkthrough or handover, where useful
14 days of follow-up email support for small questions or fixes directly related to the work completed
And most importantly: my attention is on your project for the time you’ve booked.

-
Timeline
Choose the time that gives the work enough room.
Half Day VIP Design Day - 3.5 hours
Perfect for a smaller collection of clearly defined tasks or one focused area of the website that needs a little attention.
Full Day VIP Design Day - 7 hours
Better suited to a broader refresh, several related tasks or work that needs a little more breathing room.
Where it makes sense, a full day can also be divided across two business days.
Because your VIP Design Day is time-based rather than built around a fixed list of deliverables, we’ll agree the priorities in advance and work through them in order, starting with the items that will make the biggest difference.
If there’s anything remaining on the list at the end of our time together, we can simply arrange another half or full day when you’re ready.

-
Investment
Half Day VIP Design Day- £450
3.5 hours set aside entirely for your project.
Full Day VIP Design Day - £875
7 hours set aside entirely for your project.
A 50% non-refundable booking fee secures your date, with the remaining balance due 3 days before your Design Day.
Not sure how much time you’ll need? Tell me what’s on your list and I’ll recommend the best fit.

-
DISCOVERY
We’ll start with a short discovery call to talk through what’s been sitting on your list, what isn’t quite working, and what you’d love to have sorted.
I’ll make sure a VIP Design Day is the right fit and recommend a half or full day depending on what you need.
-
STRATEGY
Once your date is booked, we’ll have a 30-minute planning call to decide what matters most and put your priorities in order.
This is where we shape the day around your business — keeping the list focused, realistic and centred on the things that will make the biggest difference.
-
PREPARATION
I’ll send you a simple checklist so everything I need is ready before we begin — copy, images, logins, menus, brand assets or any other useful pieces.
The aim is simple: when your Design Day arrives, we can get straight to work.
-
VIP DAY
This is where I take it off your plate.
For the 3.5 or 7 hours you’ve booked, my attention is on your project. I’ll work through our agreed priorities in order, checking in when I need your feedback or a quick decision.
You can get on with running your business while I get on with mine.
-
SUPPORT
At the end of our time together, I’ll let you know what we’ve completed and share a recorded walkthrough or handover where useful.
You’ll also have 14 days of follow-up email support for small questions or fixes directly related to the work we completed.
And if there’s still something left on the list, we can simply pick it up another day!

-
Every Design Day is shaped around your priorities, so no two are exactly the same.
A half or full day might include a smaller website refresh, homepage or page improvements, mobile tidy-ups, seasonal content updates, a new section, booking or email integrations, menus, PDFs, social templates, or a combination of smaller tasks.
Because the service is time-based, I can’t promise a fixed number of deliverables. We’ll agree what matters most beforehand and work through the list in priority order.
-
You don’t need to work that out on your own.
During our discovery call, we’ll talk through what’s on your list and what you’d like to achieve. From there, I’ll recommend whether a half day, full day, or a larger Website Design project makes the most sense.
The aim is always to find the simplest route that gives your business what it actually needs.
-
I’ll send you a simple preparation checklist so you know exactly what I need.
Depending on the work, that may include final copy, images, menus, brand assets, website access and any relevant login details.
Having everything ready beforehand means we can spend your Design Day creating and refining — rather than hunting for missing pieces.
-
Not continuously.
Most of your part happens beforehand, when we plan the day and gather everything together. During the Design Day, I’ll just need you to be reachable at agreed check-in points for quick feedback or approvals.
You can get on with running your business while I get on with the work.
-
That’s absolutely fine!
If the work needs more time, we can book another half or full VIP Design Day. If it becomes clear that your website needs a more substantial redesign or rebuild, I may recommend a One Page or Custom Website project instead.
We’ll work that out before you book wherever possible.
-
Yes — and this is exactly how ongoing website care works at Eat.Drink.Grow. Studio.
Rather than committing to a monthly maintenance retainer, you can simply book another half or full day whenever enough updates, ideas or little jobs have built up.
Some clients may need one Design Day; others may return seasonally, quarterly or simply whenever the website needs a little looking after.
-
Yes.
Your time can also be used for selected creative pieces such as menus, PDFs, simple social media templates, campaign assets or other branded digital collateral.
We’ll agree the scope beforehand so we know what can realistically be achieved within the time you’ve booked.
-
Website work within a VIP Design Day is primarily for existing Squarespace 7.1 websites.
If your site is on Squarespace 7.0, Wix, WordPress, Webflow or another platform, book a discovery call first. Depending on the scope, migrating or rebuilding the site may be a better fit for a One Page or Custom Website project.
I’ll take a look and recommend the most sensible way forward.
